Welcome to Whitstable United Reformed Church and thank you very much for visiting our website. We are a friendly, community-based church which relates the Christian faith to the world today.

Tuesday coffee morning - 9.30am - 11.30am, with sale of greetings cards and Bric-a-brac items. Join us for a drink & chat.
Monthly community lunch - 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month - please contact Rita on (01227) 263959 to pre-book (numbers limited).
Monthly prayer meeting and lunch - usually 2nd Tuesday of the month - please contact Rita (see above) to pre-book lunch (numbers limited).
Fridays (term time) Fun Group 9.30am-11.30am for children under 3. Please pre-book. Find out more.
Monthly housegroups meet in church members' homes to discuss issues of faith, life and social concern. Please contact us to find out more.

Week of Prayer for Christian Unity - 18 to 25 January 2015 - daily services at 10am at Whitstable Baptist Church (except Wednesday - At St Alphege), with a special service on Sunday 25th at 6.30pm at All Saints. This year's theme is "The Well is Deep"
Garden tidy - it's that time of year again: we'll be tidying the garden ready for planting on Saturday 7th February, 9.30am-11am. All help appreciated!
Healing the Family Tree - Saturday 7th February, 10am-4pm at Seasalter Christian Centre.
Ministerial Vacancy Visit - We are going through the process of calling a Minister and we have a Special Church Service on Saturday 31st January, 4pm (at Whitstable URC), followed by tea, to meet a potential Minister, then a Church Meeting Sunday 1st February at 8pm. Please sign up for tea. If you can't make the Saturday service, you're welcome to services at Herne Bay (10.30am on 1st February), or Faversham (Sunday afternoon - time to be confirmed) but please let Rita know if you hope to go to Faversham.
